Free Worldwide Shipping

Every PlushPetal order ships free, with tracking, to all the countries we deliver to.

Processing time: Each order is quality-checked and prepared with care, then dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location (usually 3–16 business days from order to your door). Delays can occasionally happen during holidays or because of customs.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Where we ship: We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently do not ship to Türkiye.

Customs, duties and taxes: Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in China. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the receiver.

Lost or damaged parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contactplushpetal@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
